A course of 6 C Section Recovery Massages (70min each) for the price of 5. Proven to be effective to aid healing, comfort, related mobility and even the appearance of scarring and the c-section "shelf". This treatment uses myofascial techniques to address your scar, muscles and proximal connective tissue. You'll be taught also how to apply these techniques at home, to continue the healing process. Recommended as a course of 6. Suitable once your wound has healed (usually within 6 weeks post partum) and most effective results are achieved when treatment is commenced within 6 months post-op.

The treatments also include relaxation massage for back, neck, shoulder and abdomen to release related muscle tension.

Also suitable in the treatment of Mastectomy/Hysterectomy scarring.

6 One Hour Massages for the price of 5. If you would like to benefit from regular massage during pregnancy and the postnatal period, then this is for you. I'll recommend a protocol of treatment based on your stage and specific concerns - and you can choose to space your treatments how you please. If you're considering this but would like to try one massage first, just to be sure, pop me a message - I'm always happy to offer the option to convert after an initial treatment.

PREGNANCY YOGA · 6 week course · 8th Sep - 13th Oct

Mondays @ 7.30pm, Princes Risborough School

A gentle and grounding pregnancy yoga class in Princes Risborough (near High Wycombe), designed to support you through each stage of your second and third trimesters.

With a focus on calming the nervous system and building trust in your body, these weekly sessions include:
– Safe, adapted yoga postures for pregnancy
– Breathwork techniques for labour preparation
– Guided relaxation and body-based mindfulness
– Space to connect with other local mums-to-be

This class is suitable from 14 weeks pregnant through to full term. No previous yoga experience is needed.

Led by a skilled and experienced teacher, this is a welcoming space whether you’re feeling anxious, tired, excited or all three. You’ll leave feeling calmer, more connected, and gently prepared for the journey ahead.
